The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, through the Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture in Viet Nam (PSAV), in collaboration with the U.S. Grains and BioProducts Council (USGBC), is pleased to invite your organization to attend the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Forum on Promoting the Circular Economy in the Shrimp Sector in the Mekong Delta Region.
Time: From 8:00 a.m., 21 September 2026 (Monday)
Venue: Sheraton Can Tho Hotel, 209 30 Thang 4 Street, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

The Forum aims to promote public-private cooperation, mobilize resources, and strengthen linkages among stakeholders to develop the shrimp sector towards sustainability and a circular economy. Key topics will include enabling conditions for a circular shrimp economy, export market opportunities for circular shrimp products, risk-sharing financial mechanisms, technology applications, by-product utilization, and PPP opportunities.
The program will feature a panel discussion on “PPP and the Future of the Circular Shrimp Economy in the Mekong Delta – From Initiatives to Action”, as well as sessions on green financing, innovations in aquaculture feed, insect protein, by-product valorization, integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA), and solar power solutions for super-intensive shrimp farms.
