Workshop on Decarbonization, Smart Agriculture and Climate Financing Solutions from Canada in Agriculture and Aquaculture
On October 18, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Consulate General of Canada to Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh City, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture Vietnam (PSAV) Secretariat), will organize a workshop on Workshop on Decarbonization, Smart Agriculture and Climate Financing Solutions from Canada in Agriculture and Aquaculture. The event is expected to attract 80 to 100 participants, including relevant departments from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, other ministries and agencies, businesses investing and operating in agriculture, associations, international and non-governmental organizations.
The workshop aims to:
Share Canada's experience in investing in research and developing new technologies, as well as climate finance solutions for Vietnam's agriculture and aquaculture sectors.
Connect Vietnamese and Canadian businesses, and provide information on Canadian government projects aimed at supporting Vietnam in agriculture and aquaculture.
